I have a couple questions about the pages CNAME support... In the original announcement (1) PJ mentions that he set both the "A" record, as well as the CNAME, however in the docs up on pages.github.com it only mentions the CNAME. Is the "A" record necessary? He also mentions an automatic mapping of "example.com" to "www.example.com"; I don't see reference about this in the docs, could someone provide some more detail. Should I be setting my CNAME file to "example.com" or "www.example.com" and letting it do the mapping for me?
