This is still happening for me. My "watched" project (99designs/spf) is showing up. But none of my created projects (flippa/*anything*) are showing up.
I've got other serious bugs that I need a response to too. I've tried contacting using the email form to no avail, then posted on this group and also posted on twitter to @github. We've paid for a plan and I'm unable to add collaborators but nobody seems able to help me. Anybody else having issues adding collaborators to private projects? It's a real pain because I'm trying to migrate my team over to github but my boss was reluctant in the beginning and now he's probably going to say "I told you so" :( It's been about 7 hours now...
