Per this guide: http://github.com/guides/managing-multiple-clients-and-their-repositories
I am looking at Option #2 and see a major flaw (unless I missed something). Let's say you have a client who wants their own github account, is willing to add you as a collaborator, BUT does not know the first thing about GIT or creating an empty project. As a collaborator, I am stuck until something is placed in that repository, correct? Please see below for referenced "Option 2". Any suggestions appreciated! ---------------------------------- Multiple accounts, one collaborator This design gives the control over the repos (and the bill) to your client, but still allows you to push into all your clients’ repos from a single account. With this design, have your clients each open their own paid account and create empty repos for each project. Add your account to the repos as a collaborator. You can now push to their repos as if they were your own! ----------------------------------- --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GitHub" group.
