Per this guide:
http://github.com/guides/managing-multiple-clients-and-their-repositories

I am looking at Option #2 and see a major flaw (unless I missed
something). Let's say you have a client who wants their own github
account, is willing to add you as a collaborator, BUT does not know
the first thing about GIT or creating an empty project. As a
collaborator, I am stuck until something is placed in that repository,
correct? Please see below for referenced "Option 2". Any suggestions
appreciated!

Multiple accounts, one collaborator
This design gives the control over the repos (and the bill) to your
client, but still allows you to push into all your clients’ repos from
a single account.

With this design, have your clients each open their own paid account
and create empty repos for each project. Add your account to the repos
as a collaborator. You can now push to their repos as if they were
your own!
