I have the issue again:
So when I use git gui, I use "push" then "commit" then "push" again.
In order to push, I must specifiy --repo.
1) click push
2) select "arbitrary location" and enter url specified on Github as
"Your Clone URL:"
3) click "push"
Result:
[...]
= [up to date] master -> master
Everything up-to-date
next, click "commit",
Next, push, again.
Result:
I do not see files on Github as updated. The old file versions are
still there.
What am I misunderstanding or doing wrong? I'm trying to understand
how Git works, but failing.
