Generally speaking, mirroring an active svn repo into a public git repo
doesn't work out well. I'd advise that you either work directly with the
svn repo using git-svn and not share your git repo, or move the repo
completely to git (using svn2git or our import). svn2git may help you with
your mirror, but I'm not sure if it works with repeat pulls or if it's a
one-time job.
