Hi, Is it possible to do something simple so that each "###" or "##" (or even "####", the 4th level header) in a markdown formatted file, when rendered by github using URLs like http://github.com/sitaramc/gitolite/blob/master/README.mkd , gets a horizontal bar (<hr>) above it?
CSS would do it, but is there a way to specify a CSS "include" file in the markdown rendering?
