Long long ago, I was reading a blog entry about a project (I think it was on the GitHub blog) and the post mentioned in passing that the author used some tool that caused an automatic rebuild every time he saved a file. The tool was a daemon process that needed to be run from the project directory and it stored recipes/rules/etc in a dot-file that could be checked into the project repo. The tool was hosted on github and had a name that seemed like it should be catchy, but apparently wasn't because I can't remember it. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
