I've tried a number of times to enable the Pledgie widget on my open-
source repository. Each time I do, it just redirects me to the
Repository Information page, but doesn't change anything about Pledgie
or give me any alert that I might have missed a step.
I am entering a known and validated PayPal e-mail address, one which I
have used many times in the past, so I know that's not the problem.
