I'm pondering releasing some code, and if I do, I want the project to have a robust issue tracker and listserv as well. I don't really like github's issue tracker, and as far as I can tell, there's no listserv capability either. However, I definitely want the code available through GH.
I'm curious to know what kind of setups you all are using to manage communication and issue tracking for your github-hosted projects. Google Code? Google Groups?
