This should typically work as:
1) On machine A, generate a key-pair. Try the test ssh access that github
provides.
2) On machine B, generate another key-pair if you don't want to use the same
one from machine A. Try the ssh access as above.
3) Add both the public keys (e.g. id_rsa.pub) to your github account using
the web interface.
