I also have a PR that may need to go in first that adds a Findfmt.cmake. Pkgconfig couldnt just use the libfmt's pkgconfig dir via the PKG_CONFIG_PATH for some reason but once I made that via a copy of libswoc it could find it -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
