The mirror documentation still carried migration-era cron rollout details, which made the steady-state recovery path harder to follow after the webhook and readiness gate became the supported configuration. This trims the runbook to the current smart HTTP and webhook design, keeps the fresh-controller rebuild steps, and documents Jenkins quietPeriod=0 with the readiness gate.
