Review Comment:
   On TLS handshake failure, the accepted TCP socket is not closed before 
continuing. That leaks file descriptors and can eventually break the test 
origin under repeated failures/retries.

Review Comment:
   `StillRunningAfter` is being overwritten in the loop, so only the last 
origin process is preserved across test runs. This can cause the harness to 
terminate the other origins at the end of each run, making later modes 
flaky/fail because their origin is no longer running.
