Fedora 44 no longer needs a separately built OpenSSL, but the CI image and pipelines still assumed /opt/openssl-quic. BoringSSL curl also shadowed Fedora curl, preventing OpenSSL 3.5-only AuTests from running. This removes the custom OpenSSL build, links NuRaft to Fedora OpenSSL, and keeps BoringSSL clients in their dedicated prefix. It also makes the image fail fast if required OTEL or WAMR artifacts are missing. This updates the AuTest pipelines to use the system TLS defaults while retaining supplemental tools from /opt/bin. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
