Closing this rather than leaving it open any longer. It has been open since December and has not had a human review pass, which is on me rather than on anyone else: it is 7,000 lines across 16 files, which is a lot to ask of a reviewer for a tool change. The work was also largely machine generated at a point where the output needed more supervision than I gave it, and I would rather redo it than ask someone to review it as it stands. The branch `bcall/traffic_top_improvements` stays, so nothing is lost. If I pick this up again it will come back as a series of smaller, reviewable changes rather than one sweep. @cmcfarlen, taking this off your queue.
