Review Comment:
Restored the missing Server-Cert-Update-No-CN regression coverage that was
dropped by merge commit 79120a6.
The test now regenerates a certificate without a common name, invokes
cert_update.server, asserts the expected rejection for no-cn.pem, and verifies
ReturnCode = 0 with ATS remaining running.
