Several TLS AuTests rely on connection closure to delimit empty origin responses. An origin that closes TLS without close_notify can cause a read error or leave clients waiting, obscuring the certificate and remapping behavior that these tests exercise. This patch gives the empty responses an explicit Content-Length and frames the expected fallback 404 responses.
