juanthropic opened a new pull request, #13790:
URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/13790

Stacked on #13424 (to be rebased onto once merged).

Lets header_rewrite rules shape the cache key directly, replacing common
cachekey.so uses.

Operators, only available in `REMAP_PSEUDO_HOOK` and `POST_REMAP_HOOK`:

   - `set-cache-key HOST/PATH/QUERY/SCHEME/PORT "val"`
   - `add-cache-key "val"`: appends a path segment, before the query
   - `clear-cache-key`
   - `rm-cache-key QUERY`: remove or keep-only params
   - `sort-cache-key QUERY`: sorts params by name; keeps duplicates

Condition, available in every hook: `%{CACHE-URL[:part]}` reads the key.

Only the cache URL changes; the origin request is untouched. Edits commit
once per hook via `TSHttpTxnCacheLookupUrlSet`, so POST_REMAP rules build on
REMAP edits.

Keys differ from cachekey.so's for the same request (full URL vs
`/host/port/...`, segments after the path, rule order instead of sorted names),
so migrating a remap rule starts from a cold cache.

Behavior change: `rm-destination QUERY` now drops empty params (`a=1&&c=3`
becomes `a=1&c=3`), matching `sort-destination`.
