Thanks for verifying on both platforms. I filed #13793 for address-bound dual certificates. A follow-up PR will add the blind-tunnel guard to the fallback, the `action: tunnel` doc sentence, `Test.ContinueOnFail`, a `Dbg` line when the fallback runs, and drop the empty `dest_ip` from the replay files. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
