Catch2 runs the `abuse_shield` config cases as separate processes. On unfixed `master`, a 10-minute `ctest -j12` loop failed after 4,172 suite iterations when one process removed another's temporary YAML file: ``` YAML parse error in rate-limited file .../rate_limited.yaml: bad file ``` The test helper derived directory names only from `steady_clock`. Create each directory atomically with `mkdtemp()` so parallel processes cannot share it. Under the same 10-minute stress test, the fix completed 5,100 suite iterations (61,200 case executions) without failure. Another 1,000 parallel repetitions passed after rebasing onto current `master`. Fixes: #13750 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
