Policy 4 (395bbafae5) reads server_txn to tell a fresh connection from a reused one, but track_connect_fail() also runs when the connect failed before any server transaction existed: server_max_connections reached, or a direct-path connect error with lerrno 0. traffic_server crashed there instead of leaving the origin up. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
