Supported release branches still use Autotools, whose configured test runner lives outside the CMake build tree. CI otherwise falls back to AuTest after those branches migrate to Uranium. This patch recognizes both configured runner locations and preserves the existing AuTest fallback. It also applies the unconverted-test guard to Autotools builds and keeps Uranium sandboxes in the artifact location.
