Shrink the listen backlog and optionally refuse accepts while the event threads are saturated, so overload is shed at the kernel rather than after connections are accepted. Per-acceptor refusal retries are coalesced and loopback companion listeners are exempt. The deprecated proxy.config.exec_thread.watchdog.timeout_ms is honored as warn-only, with a deprecation warning, when timeout_shrink_ms is 0. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
