Hi @shukitchan, I think the copilot is wrong and keep repeating itself. The middle comments even contradict with the other two comments. Basically, the copilot is wrong on the statement `converted is created without specifying an H2/H3 version before copying an allegedly H2/H3 header into it.` This is a wrong understanding and I have already dismissed and marked it incorrect for multiple times and it keep popping up.
