thank you @bneradt for the review and for merging! that follow-up idea makes a lot of sense. computing the encoded length upfront from the huffman code-length table (like `nghttp2_hd_huff_encode_count`) would completely skip the scratch buffer allocation and encoding pass for incompressible headers. i'll gladly work on this as a follow-up pr! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
