The AuTest to Uranium migration left gaps that let regressions pass silently, and the 10.2.x backport of the Uranium tests inherited them. Procedural tests ignored ERROR and unrecognized-configuration lines in diags.log, config reload tests slept instead of waiting for the reload to finish, and several converted tests dropped assertions. This patch backports 8c46b835b8 (#13928) to 10.2.x. It restores the default diags checks, with disable_log_checks only where the 10.2.x originals relaxed them, waits for reloads to reach a terminal status, restores the dropped assertions and removes unused gold files. Relative to master, the reload checks use ssl_multicert.config, the rate_limit SNI queue test keeps the checks of its 10.2.x original, and remap_https expects the text/html Content-Type that 10.2.x sends. Changes to tests and docs that 10.2.x lacks are dropped.
