maskit opened a new pull request, #13947:
URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/13947

   ## Why

   `test_tls_origin_session_reuse` routes `/remove_oldest` to a second origin
address, `127.0.1.1`, so that its outbound TLS session gets a separate entry in
ts2's size-1 origin session cache and evicts the first one. Linux routes all of
`127.0.0.0/8` to loopback, but macOS only has `127.0.0.1` on `lo0`, so on macOS
the connection to `127.0.1.1` timed out and the test failed after 30 seconds.
CI runs on Linux and was unaffected.

   ## Change

   - ts2 now sends `/remove_oldest` to `https://[::1]:<ts1's IPv6 TLS port>`.
The IPv6 loopback exists on every platform, and the origin session cache key,
which comes from the SNI name or else the peer address, is `::1` instead of
`127.0.0.1`, so the two routes still get separate entries.
   - ts1 now also listens on its IPv6 TLS port. A port with no address family
defaults to IPv4, so it has to be listed explicitly, the same way `test_bigobj`
and `test_forwarded` do it.

   ## Validation

The test passes on macOS with this change (it timed out there before). Both
`/remove_oldest` requests succeed, which shows the bracketed `[::1]` remap
target works end to end, and the test's existing `remove oldest session`
assertion confirms that the second route's session got its own cache entry.
