The clang-analyzer and clang-tidy CI jobs spend about ten minutes of each run on a full build, although both tools only need the compile database and a handful of generated headers. Running them right after configuring fails for the vendored yaml-cpp, though. Its cmake_minimum_required opts into CMake's C++20 module scanning, so its compile_commands.json entries reference .modmap response files that only exist once the build has run. analyze-build fails on all 35 yaml-cpp translation units when they are missing. This patch turns off CMAKE_CXX_SCAN_FOR_MODULES in the ci-clang-analyzer preset. ATS does not use C++ modules, so the scan only added clang-scan-deps steps to the build, and the compile database is now usable straight after configuration. The CI pipelines can then drop the full build in a later change. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
