The clang-tidy and clang-analyzer PR jobs each spent about ten minutes on an uncached full Debug build before running their tools. Neither tool needs the build products: both work from compile_commands.json, which CMake writes at configure time, plus the ParseRules tables that src/tscore generates at build time. The analyzer also checked the vendored third party code under lib/, which the project does not fix. This patch configures with the ci-clang-analyzer preset and builds only the three ParseRules targets, falling back to the full build on any branch that does not define them. C++ module scanning is turned off explicitly because otherwise the compilation database refers to .modmap files that only a full build creates; newer presets also set it, but the release branches' presets do not. The analyzer now excludes every lib/ directory except libswoc, which the project maintains. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
