URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/13976

Two Uranium tests fail on Fedora 45, which blocks moving the Fedora CI
jobs from fedora:44 to fedora:45. Fedora 45's curl 8.21 reworded its
verbose CONNECT message from "Establish HTTP proxy tunnel" to
"Establishing HTTP proxy tunnel", so test_connect_curl no longer
matches its gold file. test_tls_verify_override_sni hangs because its
TLS origins answer with a 200 that has neither a Content-Length nor a
body, which leaves the HTTP/1.1 request waiting until it times out
under OpenSSL 4. #13763 framed this response in the AuTest version of
the test, but that change did not carry over to the pytest conversion.

This patch makes the gold line accept either curl wording and restores
the Content-Length: 0 framing on the origin response. Both changes are
confined to the tests, and the gold wildcard still matches the wording
   older curl versions print.
