The Uranium test environment locks grpcio and grpcio-tools at 1.83.0, which publishes wheels only through Python 3.14. On Fedora 45, which ships Python 3.15, uv therefore builds both packages from source on every CI run, adding 15 to 20 minutes to each URTest shard. Several other locked test dependencies have also fallen behind their current releases. This patch refreshes the lock to the latest compatible release of every test dependency. That brings grpcio and grpcio-tools to 1.85.1, which publish Python 3.15 wheels, so the test environment installs in seconds again. It also moves the exact aioquic pin from 1.3.0 to 1.7.2, which brings pylsqpack to 1.0.0, and updates pytest, protobuf, cryptography, dnspython, gunicorn and other dependencies to their latest releases. Every locked package still has wheels for Python 3.11 through 3.14. This is the 10.2.x version of #13980. Its `tests/uv.lock` had drifted from master's, so the commit does not cherry-pick cleanly; the lock here is regenerated on 10.2.x and locks the same package versions as #13980. It should land after the 10.2.x backport of #13977, since aioquic 1.7.2 makes the `test_h3_python_client` access-log race much more frequent. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
