A cript that reads a URL component in one hook and again in a later hook
got a stale scheme, host or port, and an empty query, whenever the core
changed the URL in between.
Url::Reset() and Client::URL::Reset() now reset all five components
through one helper, and the reset also clears the query's loaded flag so
the next read reloads it from the URL. Query::Reset() itself keeps the
flag, since Query::Erase() relies on it to keep an emptied query empty.
- **Tests:** two Catch2 cases in test_Urls.cc read every component,
change the URL, reset, and read again; both fail before this change.
