The Uranium test environment locks grpcio and grpcio-tools at 1.83.0, which publishes wheels only through Python 3.14. On Fedora 45, which ships Python 3.15, uv therefore builds both packages from source on every CI run, adding 15 to 20 minutes to each URTest shard. Several other locked test dependencies have also fallen behind their current releases. This patch refreshes the lock to the latest compatible release of every test dependency. That brings grpcio and grpcio-tools to 1.85.1, which publish Python 3.15 wheels, so the test environment installs in seconds again. It also moves the exact aioquic pin from 1.3.0 to 1.7.2, which brings pylsqpack to 1.0.0, and updates pytest, protobuf, cryptography, dnspython, gunicorn and other dependencies to their latest releases. Every locked package still has wheels for Python 3.11 through 3.14. On Fedora 45, 9.2.x also needs #13978 to build against OpenSSL 4. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
