My Gitlab is set up on a Debian Wheezy server running Ruby 2.
When I try to update the user email, the update silently fails. The blue message banner does tell me it worked, but nothing changes, hence the banner is wrong. Exim.log tells me the confirmation email gets frozen, could this be related? When I try to update the user name instead, I get the same behaviour (but no email): success banner, no change. I scoured /var/log and gitlab/log/ in search of a message, but to no avail. I expect I misconfigured something, but I don't quite know where. I feel I've pretty much followed http://www.rosehosting.com/blog/how-to-install-gitlab-ruby-and-nginx-on-a-debian-7-wheezy-vps/ which worked fine for me last time, so I'm pretty perplexed.
