The 'yo' is a typo of 'to' for which I apologise. If the type of communication is an issue then please clearly state what the issue is.
The error turned out to be related to the fact that the email address was in use by another user. The granularity of the error message is far too coarse and poorly implemented providing no meaningful feedback relating to the actual problem. Thank you for your help.
