Hi all,

Since the installation of version 7.4.0 of GitLab, the omnibus
reconfiguration tool cannot clear and "recompile" (if am I right) all the
assets of the web site correctly. This leads to a strange behavior in the
view of a repository's settings. Here what I mean:
Normally, when going down the setting page of a project, we can see the
following:

The dangerous setting area is correctly shown and warn the user that any
change down this place may result in data loss. Now, here's what I have:

I have nothing, no warning, all "dangerous" settings are already shown.

When I look onto the console I have these warnings when using the command
"gitlab-ctl reconfigure":

I made sure to close all services using the command "gitlab-ctl stop", but
when using htop (equivalent of top), I can see a lot of services related to
Gitlab are still running even if originally the console told me otherwise:

Is there a way to debug or fix this problem?
Thanks for your help!

David
