Well, this backup/restore strategy could be a major show stopper for
many of us ;(

It's quite easy to replicate git repositories (including sattelites)
but for SQL part, some kind of "pivot" DSL would be required.
Independant of SQL engine or GitLab versions, it will ease migrations
and help Gitlab attract more and more community, especially large
companies.
