Having a weird error that I can't seem to get around (I'm not a git
guru!)...
$ git push
Counting objects: 67, done.
Compressing objects: 100% (39/39), done.
Writing objects: 100% (43/43), 6.20 KiB, done.
Total 43 (delta 33), reused 0 (delta 0)
Unpacking objects: 100% (43/43), done.
error: Unable to append to logs/refs/heads/master: Invalid argument
To /z/RemoteGit/Zcms.git
! [remote rejected] master -> master (failed to write)
error: failed to push some refs to '/z/RemoteGit/Zcms.git'
This usually works fine, so I'm not sure what's happend.
My config looks like this
[core]
repositoryformatversion = 0
filemode = false
bare = false
logallrefupdates = true
symlinks = false
ignorecase = true
[remote "origin"]
url = /z/RemoteGit/Zcms.git
fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
[branch "master"]
remote = origin
merge = refs/heads/master
Notes: Using with Cygwin + Windows XP, bare repos is on a network
drive.
Any help appreciated.
