Ah, okay. So you run "script/poller start", and nothing happens? In that case, you should get two files: - tmp/pids/poller.output - tmp/pids/poller1.pid (or similar) Do you have these files present after you start the poller script? If so, have a look at tmp/pids/poller.output - it should give you a clue if there's an error. You can also use "run" instead of "start" to have the poller script give its output to your terminal, see if you get any errors there.
