[gitorious] Customizations of "Create User" page

I am trying to customize/fix some html rendering under IE7 and I have  
most of it fixed up but what I noticed is that the page for https must  
be using a different template as that page does not reflect any of my  
changes. Where would I look in the gitorious sources to edit the  
template?
