unfortunately this didn't appear to do anything. I made this change
and restarted Apache 2, I got a crap load of those same errors for
every person that tried to use the server first thing this morning.
Well, I can't think of another solution to this problem. It seems to be
related to some problem with your database or with your network, but it
is difficult to me to understand what is happening without being able to
access the server...
