[gitorious] Is app/views/sessions/_form.html.erb being used?

Am I missing something or the file below is not being used at all in 
Gitorious?

app/views/sessions/_form.html.erb
Also, is it ok to convert tabs to 2 spaces whenever I find them? They 
happen in app/views/sessions/new.html.erb for instance.
