Thanks a lot, looks really good! I'm jotting down a few comments here:
Gem installation: I don't think this is necessary, since we use Bundler
these days. The only gem that should be required is the bundler gem (gem
install bundler), after which `bundle install` should take care of the rest of
the gems.

Yes, but raspell is not in the Gemfile. I wanted to provide a patch but I am
not sure which version of raspell should be installed.
