Clone a repo through the interface (you can do this by going to the repo you want to merge with's page and clicking the 'Clone Repository' button under the git URLs), and push your changes to that. Once you have them as you like them, visit said cloned repo's page. On the sidebar, there will be a 'request merge' button.
