Hi Görkem, I am sorry about your situation. Gitorious doesn't officially
support any chef recipe I'm aware of.
Maybe you're referring to my recipe:

I'll try to update the README later to state that it should be tried in
a fresh Debian install instead of an existing server for avoiding this
kind of problem.
But if I remember correctly Chef will keep 5 copies of backup files by
default, so your original apache2.conf should be found somewhere, but I
don't know where is the backup location.
Try to do some research on Chef to find it out.
