Hi Gabriel, I tried to start migrating it a while ago, but I guess my
merge request for replacing the authentication system with Devise wasn't
merge yet:

I wasn't willing to invest much time for such a very slow progress, so I
decided to invest my time on other projects.
Some work has already been merged, but I would like to replace the
authentication system with Devise in the new Rails 3 port.
Best of luck! Looking forward a Rails 3 version of Gitorious as well.
Redmine has already migrated to Rails 3 after a long while.

installation and upgrades.
If there aren't plans for a Rails 3.2 release soon, I suggest that at
least migrate to rails 2.3.14. I can start doing the work on this
matter, if anyone is interested to help.
Also I would like to know if there is anything blocking migration to
newer releases (for example a library or something that doesn't work
well).
