I successfully installed gitorious on a shared DreamHost account, managed the install over ssh (obviously) and once I had gotten everything configured the way I wanted it I exited the shell. Now I can't get back in, lol. Whether it's through ssh or sftp, all my requests are rejected with this message:
PTY allocation request failed on channel 0 I can push/pull to the server through git no problem but I'm otherwise shut out of the backend. Any ideas what I've done and what I do from here?
