I solved this problem do this before *bundle exec rake
ultrasphinx:bootstrap , **If somebody have an issue like this maybe it can
be helpful*
try this:
vi /home/git/gitorious/config/ultrasphinx/production.conf
# replace base_tags with tags
bundle exec rake ultrasphinx:index RAILS_ENV=production
