I followed those instructions and tried to upgrade from v2.3.2 to v2.4.9.

Everything looked like it ran well, however, when I check the version it 
still shows v2.3.2.  I checked lib/gitorious.rb and it confirmed the older 
version.

Here is the output.  Am I missing something pretty obvious?  I am not a 
Ruby developer so it is possible it is something trivial.  I don't 
understand the "it was installed into RAILS_ENV=production" line. 
 Typically that represents an environment variable.
