In addition to the above merge request, we also need this one:

Red Hat's ruby193 SCL ships an ancient version of bundler.
Unfortunately it has a quirk where "require 'bundler/gem_tasks'" can
fail to load its vendored thor. In order to work around this bug, I've
wrapped the require function in a begin ... rescue block. I think this
is probably fixed in a later version of bundler, but until Red Hat
decides to update their package, it's a good idea to be
backwards-compatible.

With these two merge requests, the libdolt tests should pass in
